We offer support and advice to ensure that a person suffering from Domestic abuse is fully protected by the law.

Domestic abuse can affect a diversity of people regardless of marital status, gender, religion or social background.

This can have a devastating effect upon children either directly or by witnessing the suffering and distress of a close family member, and can be very harmful indeed.

Domestic Abuse includes :

·         Physical abuse

·         Psychological abuse

·         Harassment

·         Intimidation

·         Threats of violence to include sexual abuse.

We are very experienced in this field , and we will identify the most appropriate course of action quickly and deal with your problem after advising you of the methods we are able to use, which will vary from just a simple letter to ( at the other end of the scale, and if and only if you want us to apply for it)  arrest and incarceration for breaching a non molestation order

 If court proceedings are necessary, we can help you secure an order enabling  you to return to your home; or demanding that the abuser must leave your home;  ordering that the abuser must not assault or harass you; or preventing the person from coming within a certain distance of your house.
